MY EVOLUTION STORY

Age 17 – Feeling the pressure
The question “What do you want to do later?” overwhelmed me. After a year abroad, I enrolled in a business degree two days before the deadline — not because it felt right, but because it sounded “responsible.” I finished it, but deep down I knew: I still had no real direction.

Age 22 - Knowing what I didn’t want, but not what I wanted

With a degree in hand and memories from traveling, I still had no idea what truly felt right for me. I even considered starting a completely new Bachelor’s degree, something that felt more “me.” I knew what I didn’t want, but not what I did want. The working world felt overwhelming, almost scary, and switching paths seemed like it would cost too much time without giving me real clarity.

Age 24– Lost in the working world
I started my first full-time job like everyone else my age… and quickly realized how disconnected I felt. Unmotivated, unfulfilled, unsure why nothing resonated. I had slipped into a career path by accident, without intention or self-awareness.

Age 26 - The turning point – Understanding what drives me &  people

I got obsessed with why I wasn’t ambitious, why I felt unmotivated, and why I was always lost about what I really wanted. I read everything I could — articles, books, personality tests, everything about motivation and work. Peu à peu, I started to notice my own “motivation dots”: the things that consistently energized me, excited me, and mattered to me. The only thing left was to connect them — and that’s when I finally saw the path I wanted to take in my professional life.

Today – Turning curiosity into a profession

Over the years, my curiosity became expertise. My work in team development, coaching, psychology-based methods, recruiting, and New Work has given me a deep understanding of how people function professionally — and what they need to grow.

Because I’ve been through the confusion, pressure, and lack of direction myself, I know exactly how young professionals feel when they’re stuck, lost, or overwhelmed by choices.

And that’s what I do today: I help young people notice their own “dots” — their strengths, values, and motivations — and turn them into a career path that actually fits who they are.

I built where to now for my younger selves at 16, 22, and 25so you can recognise & connect your dots earlier than I did.

​My coaching is creative, personal, and grounded—mixing reflection, data-based insights, and a big dose of heart. I’m here as a real guide, with positivity, warmth, and a big-sister vibe. Together, we explore what you truly want to do, giving you space to reflect while staying goal-oriented and practical.

We work in the way that fits you: Your style sets the tone. I simply build the space around it. Long-term, it’s all about taking action, experimenting, and shaping a career that actually fits you—while having fun along the way.

I believe in using data to start on a higher level, and from there we uncover the obstacles that are holding you back—what’s missing, what’s blocking you, and what you need to move toward the right career. 

This isn’t about finding the perfect job for all your life.It’s about finding your direction and the confidence to follow it.​​

MY APPROACH

 I work at the pulse of today, bringing in social media insights, analyzing modern influences, and making sure we also consider new, future-proof career paths. Only then do we move into career mapping, so you can finally see the full picture and build the confidence to follow your own path.
